This is Not a Scentsy post. (I know, Shocking!) I thought I would just let everyone know what's been going on in my family.
Troy finished his first year of college from CCAD in May. He had a rough start to his first year away from home! He said this next year should be better, now that he knows what to expect. He made the Deans List and of course~ Im a proud mama !
He won the championship game with his hockey team. He said that Hockey was his saving grace through the year, helped take his mind off things! I'm so thankful to all of these guys, that were really great to Troy!
If you want to follow some of Troys' Art on Instagram work, I'm sure he would love new followers. He is taking 2 online classes through Macomb to bump up his credits.
He also got a text from his old speed fitness trainer, Rick, asking if he could help him out with his hockey classes. Troy was super excited about that (anything to get him out on the Ice!) So he is keeping busy and continues to draw daily!
We all flew to Florida the end of May and had a much needed vacation!
Troy & I did a couple days @ Universal Studios. This was fun, but I have a hard time because I always compare everything to Disney & Universal doesn't come close (to me!) But spending time alone with both my kids was super nice!
Cait & I took our very first cruise on Carnival. I was super nervous, but all went well! I gained weight, only bad part of the cruise. We met some new friends, that we hope to meet up with again someday! I would for sure cruise again.
We did the bar hopping excursion, that's how we met these ladies. We had a blast & the tour guide was the funniest guy ever! I only wish I had taken a picture with him.
On a different note, I have decided to change up my hours at work. I am trying to see if I can rid myself of these nasty migraines I get. So instead of working 2 back to back 8-9hr days~ I will now only work (Mon & Friday 10-4) (Wed. & Thurs 3-8pm) And will do 1 Sat a month. It seems to be working so far.
I recently went on a girls over night trip with my aunts, mom & cousin. I had a wonderful time! I don't get to see them much and this was a perfect way to spend time with each other! We went to Niagara Falls. It has changed a ton since I was there last!
Now we sit back & relax and enjoy the rest of Summer until it's time to take Troy back to School.
