I have been one busy girl! My baby boy is now in College and my heart aches, like I can't even tell you. I cried almost all the way home when we dropped him off! He was kinda my mini me , with a little of his dad mixed in. Troy could be in trouble and I would try and punish him, but he ALWAYS knew exactly what to say or do to weasel his way out of trouble. And he could make me laugh, even when I was so mad at him! I miss him so much already & I just still can't understand how life works for all of us while he's making this new life for himself! I have plans to scoot on down there this weekend to see him, SO, my heart is happy for the moment! He is a HUGE movie person, so I will sit & suffer through this horrible movie, "The Nun", Friday night, just so I can sit with him & enjoy the time together! #myccad #Scentsy #collegebound
On to the other thing that has occupied so much of my mind is our New Home! We signed the paper last year Sept 6th. We STILL are not moved in! We have been living with my in-laws since around April and it is tough. I love them and think they are wonderful people! But it's still doesn't make living with another set of people any easier. WE think it should be soon(within the next couple of weeks) we will be closing!! Fingers crossed!!!
*I would Love it, if someone reading this could help me out!!! I picked out our kitchen cabinets in a antique white color because that was what the model home had~I loved them in there! BUT now that I see them in our home they look so YELLOW to me!! I am hoping once we paint the walls, the cabinets won't look so yellow, but what color is best to go??? Lighter colors or darker colors??? I want them to look whiter not yellow!? I will add a pic below
Now, just want to end this on something that doesn't make me sad or frustrated~~~Scentsy!!! Our BRAND NEW FALL/WINTER Catalog just launched!!!! And it is SO exciting with So much cute and awesome stuff!!!! I'll just add couple pics below. But really wanted to tell that our Mini Warmers make awesome inexpensive gifts! My hair clients get to see how cute this warmers are in person and usually at Christmas time these baby's sell like hotcakes LOL! Who wouldn't want one of this cute warmer nights ~
Oh, just one more fun Scentsy thing I want to share becasue it really made me happy and laugh at the same time!
~So I sent Troy off to college with a Scentsy warmer and other scentsy things to keep things smelling clean and fresh. And before I left, I showed him how to change out the wax, scent paks, etc.... Well, the next night he called us and said to me "Mom, Thanks so much for that Scentsy stuff!! This dorm stinks like smelly feet everywhere except my room"! LMAO! I was so tickled by this~ Now my 19yr old is a SCENTSY LOVER TOO!!! hahaha

Cupboards. I read a lot of posts that said people had the same problem with their new cabinets looking yellow. I noticed that your pantry door is bright white so that’s going to throw off the colors of the cabinet and you have some trim around the door frame which is white and trim near the bottom but I’m noticing more of the pantry door and the door frame. So those might need to be painted. What color are the walls right now?I can’t tell are they light brown tan?
